The Realty Association will be unstaffed on Friday, March 29, 2024 in observance of Good Friday and the Easter holiday. Agent access will be available.
The office will be open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.
After hours agent access will be available using the keypad to the right of the front door.
Scam Alert: Jim or Perry will not ask you to buy gift cards!
Some bad players are at it again. They are texting TRA agents, first to confirm you got the text, and then they will ask you for a favor to purchase some gift cards and send them a photo of the card numbers.
There's another version where they will say we need to be picked up, and then they'll ask for money. Thanks for knowing we would never do that!

Code of Ethics Training (required by Dec. 31, 2024)
All REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within three-year cycles. The current three-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2024.

2024 Calendar Year Commission Cap
Effective January 1, 2024, the commission cap will be $9,000. After an agent has contributed a cumulative calendar-year total of $9,000 to The Realty Association (company dollars) from the 10% portion of each commission, they will be paid 100% of all subsequent commissions received until the end of that calendar year.
Congratulations to all of you that have already exceeded the cap this year. We love writing those 100% checks!

SentriLock has added a new security feature to their mobile app, so make sure you assign each of your lockboxes to its proper listing address, otherwise other agents might not be able to open your lockbox using their mobile app.
